The following <br />are my comments: <br />1. The surface of the outdoor storage area is not identified in the plan. The plan should <br />identify what hard surface material will be put in place. <br />2. The drainage for the site is primarily directed to the storm water pond to the north, Aerial <br />photos of the site show erosion in the area where this drainage enters the pond. The plans <br />should include a solution to this ongoing problem. As well as removal of sediment that has <br />been washed into the bottom of the pond. <br />BDM Project # <br />
