CU 10-05 WITH THE CHANGES NOTED IN THE STAFF REPORT. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. CU 10-03 WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. CHICKENS SHALL BE PREVENTED FROM EXITING THE PROPERTY BY FENCING OR SIMILAR CONTAINMENT. 2. NO MORE THAN 15 CHICKENS SHALL BE ON THE PROPERTY.
