The Kedrowskis have spoken to Council Member Scheel regarding their <br />•";u :',!as:.i, concerns. I have also spoken with Council Member Scheel, and she suggested that they <br />`~~``"~"'"~~ be put on the Council agenda to voice their concerns to the City Council.
