APPENDIX <br />WAGES <br />2010 <br />Start $ 35.54 <br />After one (1) year $ 36.31 <br />After three (3) years $36.93 <br />The Union may reopen the contract if other City employees receive a cost of living adjustment for <br />2010 pay. <br />WAGE INCENTIVE PROGRAM <br />Regular full-time employees shaIl be eligible to participate in the Wage Incentive Program. Employees <br />who meet established guidelines of the program shall be eligible for the following: <br />After five (5) years - Up to 3% of employee's base wage rate <br />After nine (9) years - Up to 4.5% of employee's base wage rate <br />After thirteen (13) years - Up to 6% of employee's base wage rate <br />After seventeen (1 ~ years - Up to 7.5% of employee's base wage rate <br />P.O.S.T. LICENSE <br />The EMPLOYER shall reimburse employees for the cost of P.O.S.T. Licensure. <br />12 <br />
