The application for renewal shall include: <br />~~ } A statement of any changes in the information submitted in the last approved license application. <br />~~} A statement as to the amount of solid waste disposed of, stored, processed, or burned during the <br />~~~manth period priarto the filing of the application. <br />~~} A statement of the expected volume of solid waste to be disposed, of processed, stored, ar burned <br />in the next ~4Mmonth period. <br />fib} Renewal at a solid waste facility license shall be denied i~; <br />~~~ A renewal application is not submitted, or is submitted without the ini'ormation required; <br />~~} There is a current violation of the existing license or of any provision of this article, this bode, or <br />any state or federal law, regulation, or standard with respect to the facility or the operation of the facility; <br />or <br />~~} There have been repeated prior violations of the terms of the existing license or of any provision of <br />this article, this Code, or any state or federal law, regulation, or standard with respect to the facility or <br />the operation of the facility. <br />~c} If the volume o~ solid waste disposed of, stored, processed, ar burned at the facility, at the time of renewal, <br />exceeds the volume originally proposed for the facility, or is expected within the proposed twaNyear renewal <br />period to da sv, the city council may condition renews! of the license on restricting annual volumes to those <br />approved in the arigina! license, i~ it determines that it is necessary to do so for the facility to continue to meet <br />the standards required under this article for issuance of a license. <br />(Code 1982, § 604.14(2), (3)) <br />ec. upensi~n ar rov~a~~i~n. <br />~a} ~ro~n~s.
