The intent of the separation requiL•ement is to separate these uses <br />from each other and less intense uses such as more children-dominated areas, often a minimum distance <br />must be preserved from schools, parks, residential districts, etc, <br />Parl~ is an undefined term, and is commonly thought to include public ox private areas reserved fox <br />recreation open to the public. Staff felt that this should be reviewed to ensure it is consistent with City <br />goals.
