The applicant has indicated his intended hours o£ operation. The site will be staffed S to 4:30 during the fall and spring to move items, The mini-storage portion of the business is proposed to be open 24 hours a day via a key card entry. These hours are generally consistent with a business in the middle of an industrial zone. It should be highlighted that Mr. I~ostxeba's business is across the street from residentially zoned and used properties whexe concerns regarding noise may be more noticeable. Light The applicant has provided the lighting plan. It includes a light installed near the main gate as a security measure. This light is similar to the "street light" required of I~ostreba. Again, the main difference between the I~ostreba and Sharp applications is the proximity to several residential uses.
