All items <br />referred to in this contract are incorporated or attached and deemed to be part of the contract. <br />~, TERNIII~A.TI~N <br />Either the District or the City may terminate this Agreement with or without cause by giving the other party thirty <br />~3D} days written notice prior to the effective date of such termination.
