THE MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.8. <br /> <br />Consider Resolution to Determine the Assessed Cost and Order the Preparation of the <br /> <br />Assessment Roll for the 2003 Pavement Rehabilitation Project <br /> <br />Staff report submitted by City Engineer Terry Maurer. Mr. Maurer stated that staff is <br />requesting authorization to order the preparation of the assessment roll and to set the date <br />of the assessment public hearing for Monday, May 12, 2003 for the 2003 Pavement <br />Rehabilitation project. It was the consensus of the Council that May 12 2003, was an <br />acceptable date for the assessment hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 03-29 <br />DETERMINING ASSESSED COST OF IMPROVEMENT AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL IN THE MATTER OF <br />THE PAVEMENT REHABILITATION IMPROVEMENT OF 2003. <br />COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.9. He stated that the city would need to acquire appro,,dmately 21 acres <br /> <br /> <br />
