"0ccu ant" means any person or Persons, other than an Ovmer, in possession of <br />or residing in a Unit, and includes tenants of the Owners of the Commercial Units <br />and their regular employees. <br />1.20, "Owner" means a Person who owns a Unit, but excluding contract for deed <br />z <br />vendors, mortgagees, -holders of reversionary or remainder interests and- other <br />secured parties within the meaning of MC10A. the term "Owner" includes � <br />contract for deed vendees and holders of a life estate, <br />1,21.
