10. No personal property shall bo stared M or abort the common elements except m* areas <br />designated therefore or except as expressly permitted in writing by the Board. <br />1. .except in areas specifically designed and intended for such purposes, no clothes, <br />sheets, blankets, laundry of any kind or other articles shall be hung out or exposed in <br />any part of the common elements. <br />12. The cost of the repair or replacement of common dements damaged by the moving <br />and/or carrying of ar tiles thereon or therein shall be borne by the Resident out of <br />whose or into whose unit the articles were being moved. <br />1. Each Resident shall keep his/her Unit in a good state of cleanliness and repair. <br />2. The grater closets and other water apparatus shall not be used for any purpose other <br />than for which they were contracted, and no sweepings, rubbish, rags, papers, ashes <br />or other substances shall be throw. therein. Any damage to the property of others, <br />including the common elements, resulting from misuse of such facilities, of any <br />nature or character whatsoever, to the extent not covered by insurance shall be paid <br />by the R.csident of the Unit who misused such facilities. <br />3. Water shall not be left running an unnecessary length of time in any Unit or in the <br />common elements# <br />4. Residents shall close all windows when necessary to avoid possible damage from <br />storm, rain or freezing, <br />1. The Property will be served by an underground parking garage. ` io garage contains <br />a minimum of one parking stall for each Unit. Access to the garage is via a common <br />entrance utilizing an electronic access system. Residents are asked to take particular � <br />care when entering or leaving the garage, for safety and security reasons. <br />2. The garage may not be used for parking or storage of trailers, boats, reereational <br />equipment or ether personal property, unless authorized in writing by the Board. No <br />flammable explosive or hazardous materials or substances may be kept in. the orarage. <br />f J 0 i� , <br />3. Inoperative or unlicensed vehicles or recreational equipment may not be left <br />anywhere on the Property, except in the Unit's parking stall(s) as authorized in. <br />
