a. Solicitors, canvassers and/or salespersons shall not be allowed into the <br />Property. No Resident shall solicit or canvass door-to-door except for <br />Association business. <br />b. residents shall promptly report to the police any suspicious activities <br />which are occtuTffig in or about the common elements or any Unit of the <br />Property. <br />. <br />The Property is subject to recorded architectural covenants contained in the <br />Declaration. No Person may modify or change the appearance of the exterior of any <br />Building or Unit, except in accordance with the architectural control requi"Tements set <br />forth in Section 7 of the Declaration. If any exterior change is made without approval <br />by the Board, the Association has the right to remove the unapproved items at the <br />expense of the owner of the Unit. <br />2. Identification, flags, banners, signs or displays of any kind may not be placed <br />anywhere on the Property where they are visible from outside the Units; except as <br />permitted by lair or authorized in writing by the Board consistent with the law. <br />Please contact the manager for details. No Resident shall cause or permit anything to <br />be hung, displayed or placed in windows (with the exception of draper es, blinds, <br />shades and natural plants), on the outside of exterior doors, or on the outside walls of <br />the Building, and no sign (except as otherwise penmtted in the Declaration) shall be <br />affixed to or placed upon the exterior walls or roof or any part thereof, without the <br />prior written consent of the Association. Any draperies used in the windows of the <br />Building shall be lined with plain white lining. Any blinds or shades used in these <br />windows shall be plain white or tan. <br />3. The installation and us(,- of other antennas, satellite dishes and other comparable <br />communications devices is governed by applicable federal and state laws and <br />regulations. No radio, television or other antennae or satellite dish shall be installed <br />by a Resident anywhere on the exterior of the Condominium without tho prior written <br />approval of the Board of Directors of the Association.. <br />4. Hallways, sidewalks, stairways, landings, foyers and staircases shall not be obstructed <br />or used for any purposes other than for ingress to and egress from tho units. <br />5. No grills, fireplaces, or burning devices of any type are permitted to be used on <br />balconies or other areas of the Building. <br />
