<br />of the Units in the applicable class, or by actual cost per Unit,

<br />include the fallowing items of Common Expense to the extent they are exclusive

<br />6,4,2.2. ~n the ease of the ~ Commercial Units, such Assessments shall
<br />include the following items of Com~nan Expense to the extent they are exclusive
