Their behaviors and comments serve as models for proper deportment in the City of <br />Evans. Even if the <br />Councilmember is representing his or her own personal opinions, remember that this <br />still may reflect upon the City as an organization. <br />If the Councilmember is representing the City, the Councilmember must support and advocate <br />the official City position on an issue, not a personal viewpoint. <br />If the Councilmember is representing another organization whose position is different from the <br />City, the Cauncihne~nber should withdraw from voting an the issue if it significantly impacts or <br />is detrimental to the City's interest.
