activity~s} shall nat resume until the Licensee has, to the satisfaction of the City, <br />fully mitigated against such odors}. <br />10.} Closure. within six ~6} months of a written demand by the City, and in no <br />event later than one ~ 1 }year prior to the date prof ected for cessation of waste <br />disposal, the Licensee shall submit to the City for approval an updated closure and <br />post~closure plan for the Landfill Site. <br />11,} Insurance. The Licensee shall secure and maintain insurance from an <br />Insurance company acceptable to the City and authorized to write casualty <br />insurance in the State of Minnesota which wi11 protect the Licensee, its agents and <br />employees, and the City f~•om claims for bodily in jury, death, or property damage <br />which may arise from the operations on the Landf 11 Site, The Licensee shall file a <br />certificate of insurance or a certified copy of the insurance policy with the City. <br />Such insurance policy sha11 contain a clause providing that it shall not be <br />cancelled by the insurance company without thirty ~3 0} days' written notice to the <br />City of intention to cancel. The following coverage shall be provided in amounts <br />not less than those specified: <br />X01) Public liability, general liability, loading and unloading, <br />completed operations, explosion, collapse, underground operatians~, <br />personal injury, and property damage with the following minimum limits: <br />~a) one Million Dollars x$1,000,000}per claimant, <br />(b) One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence. <br />~c} Cne Million Dollars ~~ 1,000,000} a~~.ual aggregate. <br />X02} Automobile and t~~.ck public liability, personal injury, and property <br />damage, including owned and nan-awned vehicles with a Cne Million <br />Dollars x$1,000,000) minimum limit. <br />X03} The City may require additional insurance be provided by Licensee <br />if market conditions change such that additional coverage become <br />economically practicable. The insurance limits required by this section <br />shall be reduced if these insurance limits are not reasonably and <br />economically available. For the purposes of this subsection "economically <br />practicable," "reasonably" and "ecano~nically available" shall be <br />determined by the insurance coverage affected by the Minnesota Joint <br />Underwriters Association or the readily available private insurance <br />market. <br />12.} Bondin . <br />15 <br />
