That the duly adopted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is hereby <br />amended to rezone the properties described on attached Exhibit Afrom A-I Agriculture <br />Conservation, to R-1a Single Family Residential. <br />Section 2. That the rezoning approved by this Ordinance is based on the following <br />findings: <br />1. THE REZ~NIN~ YS CONSISTENT wTH THE CzTY DF ELK RYVER <br />LAND USE PLAN AD®PTED AS PART DF THE CITY DF ELK LIVER <br />C®NIPREHENSIVE PLAN. <br />Seetio~ 3.
