Specifically in 2005, <br />2005, and 2010, density was to increase in the northern portion of Elk River. <br />In those years, identified parcels were to be rezoned from A-1 ~mi.tlimum lot size of 10 acres} to R-1a <br />minimum lot size of 2.5 acres}.
