The city engineer has identified the need for further information; this is included among the conditions. Lands~a.ping The site plan shows 53 trees, meeting the landscaping requirement in number. The plan includes 10 trees in the boulevard; staff would suggest many of these trees moved onto the applicant's property. The goal of the landscaping plan is intended to provide visual interest and screening from passersby on Gateway Road (A future key collector in this area of the community) and the Rail Line, which now more frequentlycarries commuters.
