The drainage calcs show this area tabs a small amount o~ drainage from each lot. 'This area needs to covered by an additional D/U easement because the ~0 f oot one on the plat is probablytoo small. Also we should get prao~ in our f ilex even though Sharp nay still own both lots that he has the right to grade on the adjacent lot. During the construction of the public roadway the developer requested curb opening be constructed in anticipation of lot development, The plans need to indicate if any curb openings are inplace for this lot, If there are curb opening for the lot that will not be used the opening should be eliminated with the development of the lot, BDM P~~oject #22G000
