Put on cover letter that staff is encouraged to make comments and to rely only on the rating system, Mayor and Acting Mayox to meet and compile the information. Ms, Johnson's direct reports, Peter Beck, Lori Johnson, Phil Hals, and the City Council axe to complete the form, Council questioned i£ there was the possibility for them to meet in closed session prior to the performance review meeting in order to xeview the £oxms Ms, Johnson suggested checking state law to make sure it was possible and to determine haw to set it up. Staff and the city attorney will report back to the Council on this issue,
