As a result of those negotiations, the City and Cargill are <br />proposing the following: <br /> <br /> · Creation of a new zoning district AR (Agricultural Research) and new definition for <br /> agricultural research facilities (OA 00-8) <br /> <br />A land use plan amendment to remove a portion of Cargill property from the urban <br />service area and change the land use plan designation of Cargill property to A <br />(Agricultural) (LU 00-6) <br /> <br />· Rezoning the Cargill property to AR (Agricultural Research) (ZC 00-7) <br /> <br />conditional use permit for an agricultural research facility (CU 01-17) <br /> <br /> <br />
