EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />1 .) Legal Description of New Parcel of Property to be added to site: <br /> <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, <br />Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, which lies <br />easterly and southeasterly of the southeasterly line of a 200 foot wide <br />strip of land, and its northerly extension, its centerline described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 4: thenCe South 89 degrees 42 minutes 21 <br />seconds West, assumed bearing, along the south line of said southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, a distance of 1279.14 <br />feet to the point of beginning of said centerline to be described: thence <br />North 26 degrees 33 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 1212.16 <br />feet: thence northeasterly a distance of 238.84 feet along a tangential <br />curve, concave to the northwest, with a central angle of 04 degrees, 46 <br />minutes, 37 seconds and a radius of 2864.79 feet, to the intersection <br />with the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of <br />Section 4, and said centerline there terminating. <br /> <br />AND which lies northerly of that part of the centerline of 221st Avenue as <br />described in Sherburne County Recorder Document Number 317893, <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 4: thence north 00 degrees 32 minutes 21 <br />seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Southeast <br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 346.29 feet, to the <br />intersection with said described centerline of 221st Avenue, said <br />intersection being the point of beginning of the centerline to be described: <br />thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 57 seconds West along said <br />centerline a distance of 490.64 feet; thence continuing along said <br />centerline a distance of 90.67 feet along a tangential cUrve concave to <br />the south, having a radius of 521.00 feet, and a central angle of 09 <br />degrees 58 minutes 16 seconds; thence continuing along said centerline <br />South 79 degrees 44 minutes 41 seconds West, tangent to said curve a <br />distance of 754.89 feet to the intersection with the west line of said. <br />Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, and said <br />centerline there terminating. <br /> <br />Subject to the existing easement of 221 ~' Avenue as described in <br />Sherburne County recorder Document number 317893. <br /> <br /> <br />
