Legal Description of New Parcel of Property to be added to site: That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 33, Range 26, Sherburne County, Minnesota, which lies easterly and southeasterly of the southeasterly line of a 200 foot wide strip of land, and its northerly extension, its centerline described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4: thenCe South 89 degrees 42 minutes 21 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the south line of said southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, a distance of 1279.14 feet to the point of beginning of said centerline to be described: thence North 26 degrees 33 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 1212.16 feet: thence northeasterly a distance of 238.84 feet along a tangential curve, concave to the northwest, with a central angle of 04 degrees, 46 minutes, 37 seconds and a radius of 2864.79 feet, to the intersection with the north line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4, and said centerline there terminating. AND which lies northerly of that part of the centerline of 221st Avenue as described in Sherburne County Recorder Document Number 317893, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 4: thence north 00 degrees 32 minutes 21 seconds West, assumed bearing, along the east line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 346.29 feet, to the intersection with said described centerline of 221st Avenue, said intersection being the point of beginning of the centerline to be described: thence South 89 degrees 42 minutes 57 seconds West along said centerline a distance of 490.64 feet; thence continuing along said centerline a distance of 90.67 feet along a tangential cUrve concave to the south, having a radius of 521.00 feet, and a central angle of 09 degrees 58 minutes 16 seconds; thence continuing along said centerline South 79 degrees 44 minutes 41 seconds West, tangent to said curve a distance of 754.89 feet to the intersection with the west line of said.
