THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />Request by Sharon Bauer for Administrative Subdivision, Public Hearing - Case No. A'S <br />01-05 <br /> <br />Director of Planning Michele McPherson submitted the staff report. She stated that Sharon <br />Bauer is requesting an administrative subdivision. She stated that the property is about 10 <br />acres and would be divided in half and have a shared driveway access to County Road 32. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />IGinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN MOVED TO APPROVE THE ADMINISTRATIVE <br />SUBDIVISION TO CREATE ONE LOT BY SHARON BAUER WITH THE <br />FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER SHALL BE <br />ADDRESSED. <br /> <br />ALL COMMENTS OF SHERBURNE COUNTY SHALL BE <br />ADDRESSED. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />PARK DEDICATION FOR ONE LOT SHALL BE PAID PRIOR TO <br />RELEASING THE SUBDIVISION FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />STORM WATER MANAGEMENT FEES FOR ONE LOT SHALL BE <br />PAID PRIOR RELEASING THE SUBDIVISION FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />THE APPLICANT SHALL EXECUTE AND RECORD A CROSS <br />ACCESS/jOINT DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT FOR BOTH LOTS PRIOR <br />TO RECORDING THE SUBDIVISION. <br /> <br /> <br />
