THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.7. <br /> <br />Request by Brian Bmeske (AquaPure) for an Interim Use Permit, Public Hearing - Case No. <br />CU 01-18 <br /> <br />Senior Planner Scott Harlicker submitted the staff report. Mr. Harlicker stated that the <br />zoning code does not allow development of industrial property within the urban service area <br />prior to sewer and water availability. Mr. Harlicker stated that Brian Brueske is requesting an <br />interim use permit to allow the development of industrial property within the urban service <br />area prior to the availability of sewer and water service through the use of a well and septic <br />system. He discussed the criteria that needed to be met in order to determine if an interim <br />use permit should be granted. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing.
