ALL MAILBOXES BE CLUSTERED. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />A TREE PRESERVATION PLAN BE APPROVED PRIOR TO <br />RELEASING THE PLAT FOR RECORDING. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />ANY TREES OFF SITE OR ON SITE, NEAR THE LIMIT OF <br />GRADING THAT ARE TO BE PRESERVED, SHALL BE FENCED <br />WITH A SNOW FENCE AT THE DRIP LINE TO PREVENT <br />GRADING, COMPACTION, OR STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT, DEBRIS <br />OR MATERIALS. STAFF SHALL INSPECT FENCING PRIOR TO <br />GRADING COMMENCING. <br /> <br />18. THE MOTION <br />CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.7. <br /> <br />Request by Brian Bmeske (AquaPure) for an Interim Use Permit, Public Hearing - Case No. <br />CU 01-18 <br /> <br />Senior Planner Scott Harlicker submitted the staff report. Mr. Harlicker stated that the <br />zoning code does not allow development of industrial property within the urban service area <br />prior to sewer and water availability. Mr. Harlicker stated that Brian Brueske is requesting an <br />interim use permit to allow the development of industrial property within the urban service <br />area prior to the availability of sewer and water service through the use of a well and septic <br />system. He discussed the criteria that needed to be met in order to determine if an interim <br />use permit should be granted. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one for or against the matter, <br />Mayor Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />
