<br />community. Revenues of the electric system pay for expansion of the
<br />distribution system and other capital improvements.
<br />
<br />Operation and maintenance of the electric system is the responsibility
<br />of the Utilities Commission.
<br />
<br />No major capital investments in the electric system have been
<br />identified over the next five years.

<br />the Electric Fund. Income for the Fund comes from user fees and
