Housing and Rede~Telopment Act," l~~innesota Statutes, Sections 4~~.41 ~. - 46.7 ~. ~. On the ~ lst day of Jul~r, 198Q, the City Council off' the City of Elk River adopted a resolution in accordance with the findings requx.a~ed by N.~innesota Statutes, Section. 45~.4~5, Subd. 2. The byla~vs of the Elk River Housing and Redevelop~.ent Authority dated as of April ~S, 1,99, are hereby repealed. The bylaurs dated No~re~.ber ~~, ~.9g6, are hereby adopted thereof and shall go~re~.°n f~~om this day ~'or~rard. A R.TT ~;T ~Fr ~ AUTH O RfT~~ ~. ~} Name ~ The legal name of the Authority is "The Housing and Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Elk Ri~rer." i..2} Office -The principal offfice of the Authorit~r shall be the city offices of the City! of Elk River, unless otherwise determined by resolution of the Authority. A R.TT~'T ~F 9 l1~EET~NGS ~, ~} Annual lVleetin -The annual meeting of the Authority shall be held at the principal office of the .A.utho~^ity an the fourth Monday of January at 5;9Q p.m., or such other location as designated in. the notice of the annual meeting, 2~.~} Notice of Annual 112eetin -Notice shall be published in the official newspaper of the Authorit~r and delivered to each Commissioner of the Authority and each a~.ember of the governing body off' the City, not less than ten ~~.~} days in advance of such meeting, ~t shall be the responsibility of the Executive ~u~ector to give this notice. 2.3} ,uorum -There shall be a quorum to conduct business at the annual meeting, ~f a quorum is not present, the Executive Du~ector shau establish a date for a near annual meeting and cause notice to be given as provided in Section ~. ~ of this Article.
