<br />APPROVING NOTICE OF
<br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION
<br />OF ORDUUNCE #09.12
<br />AAN O NANCE
<br />DOPTG THE 2010
<br />MASTER FEE SCHEDULE
<br />WHEREAS, on Decemlber 21,
<br />2009 the Elk River City Coun-
<br />cil adopted Ordinance 09 -12
<br />approving the 2010 Master Fee
<br />Schedule; and
<br />WHEREAS, the enactment of
<br />this ordinance establishes fees
<br />and charges required by the
<br />City Code and to comf ly with
<br />Minnesota Statutes 452.353,
<br />sub.4; and
<br />WHEREAS, the 2010 Master
<br />Fee Schedule lists fees and
<br />charges for Administrative,
<br />Financial,, Environmental,
<br />Planning, Devel- apment,
<br />Building, Parks and Recre-
<br />ation, Fire, and Police 'services
<br />along with code enforcement
<br />violations; and
<br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full
<br />�xt of the ordinance is avail -
<br />Ae for inspection by any per -
<br />son at the office of the Elk
<br />River City Clerk, 13065 Orono
<br />Parkway, during regular busi-
<br />ness hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30
<br />p.m., Monday through Friday;
<br />and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
<br />RESOLVED, that the City
<br />Council, by at least four - fifths
<br />vote, authorizes the publica-
<br />tion of the title and suix mary of
<br />Ordinance 09-12-and d that
<br />Ordinance 09 -12 shall; become
<br />effective on January 1, 010.
