This is <br />consistent with the requirement of all non-union employees as indicated under Step Increases. <br />Because the 2010 Compensation Plan is relatively unchanged from 2009, it has been put on the consent <br />agenda; however, if you would like to discuss it ox would like a presentation on this plan, please pull it off <br />the consent agenda. <br />Financial Irn ~ act <br />Costs associated with the Compensation Plan are included in the 2010 budget. <br />ttachments <br />Resolution <br />Proposed 2010 Compensation Plan for Nan-Union Employees <br />
