My concerns are with the
"West Oaks Housing Development," which is inunediately to the
north of my golf course.

Proposed homes that back up to the golf course are going to get
hit by an occasional golf ball. The lay out of these homes are
very close to our northern boundry. People buying these homes
should be aware that golf balls hitting their homes is a
possibility.

I can foresee that Pinewood Golf Course will have seurity
problems on that side of the course because of these homes. My
concern is that people will just "walk on" to the golf course
without paying green fees and not starting their golf game at the
first tee. I feel there should be fencing between the house
project and the course.

It is my feeling that the homes that overlook the golf course in
the "West Oaks Development" are premiuun lots caused by the fact
they are essentially on the golf course. Therefore, I think the
developer should construct a fence between his project and
Pinewood Golf Course.

Hopefully these concerns will be registered with the planning of
"Wes~ Oaks Development."
S~ere~

Owner of Pinewood Golf Course
