We also had <br />recorded a "Declaration of Covenant to Build Road" which provided that when the <br />property was platted there would be a permanent road connection between 183rd Avenue <br />and Waco Street. <br /> <br />Our Board re-addressed this issue at our January 24th meeting and affirmed that we still <br />desire the connection. We believe this to be a public safety benefit and xve hope that you <br />will concur and approve such a connection. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration.
