• <br />RESOLUTION 95- <br />A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PREMISES PERMIT RENEWAL FOR <br />VFW POST 5518 <br />WHEREAS, VFW Post 5518 has made application to the State Gambling <br />Control Board for a Premises Permit Renewal; and <br />WHEREAS, the Premises Permit will allow charitable gambling (pull- <br />tabs) on the premises; and <br />WHEREAS, the premises upon which the gambling will be conducted is <br />the Sunshine Depot located at 701 Main Street in the City of <br />Elk River. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City <br />of Elk River grants its approval of a Premises Permit to VFW <br />• Post 5518 to operate charitable gambling at the Sunshine <br />Depot. <br />Passed and adopted by the Elk River City Council this 28th day of August, <br />1995. <br />Henry A.
