The site plan consists of a small <br />office/show room, with an area on the rear of the building for minor auto repair. The <br />auto repair will consist mainly of the applicant working on his own vehicles; however, <br />there will be some minor repair of customer vehicles from time to time. The site plan <br />shows the entire parking and drive areas bound by concrete curb and gutter, with the <br />exception of the north side of the building due to the opportunity for a future parking lot <br />expansion.
