A TOTAL OF 29,680 SQUARE FEET OF BUILDING AREA BE ALLOWED. <br />B. ALLOWABLE USES INCLUDE THE PROPOSED USES SHOWN ON THE PLAN <br />AND.THOSE LISTED IN THE C2 ZONING DISTRICT. <br />C. BUSINESS HOURS BE LIMITED TO 7 AM TO 10 PM, MONDAY THROUGH <br />SUNDAY AND BE SUBJECT TO REVISIONS AT THE TIME OF SITE PLAN <br />APPROVAL. <br />D.
