Inadequate Sanitation - Inadequate sanitation shall include, <br />but not be limited to, the following: <br />A. Lack of, or improper water closet, lavatory, bathtub, <br />or shower in a dwelling unit. <br />B. Lack of, or improper kitchen sink in a dwelling unit. <br />C. Lock of hot and cold running water to plumbing <br />fixtures in a dwelling unit. <br />D. Lack of adequate heating facilities. <br />E. Lack of, or improper operation of required ventilating <br />equipment. <br />F. Lack of minimum amounts of natural light and <br />ventilation required by this Code. <br />G. Room and space dimensions less than required by the <br />• Code. <br />H. Lack of required electrical lighting. <br />I. Dampness of habitable rooms. <br />J. Infestation of insects, vermin, or rodents. <br />K. General dilapidation or improper maintenance. <br />L. Lack of connection to required sewage disposal system. <br />M. Lack of adequate garbage and rubbish storage and <br />removal facilities. <br />N. Lack of adequate doors, windows, and locks. <br />O. Non-compliance with exterior premises requirements. <br />3. Structural Hazards - Structural hazards shall include, but <br />not be limited to, the following: <br />A. Deteriorated or inadequate foundations. <br />• B.
