Dayton <br />Associate <br />Re: Re-Quote of Fee, Benefit Study, U.S. Highway #10 Corridor <br />East, Elk River, Minnesota. <br />Dear Mr. Klaers: <br />As you requested today, I have calculated the fee necessary for me <br />to complete a study.
