GENERAL LONG-TERM DEBT ACCOUNT GROUP <br />General obligation bonds supported by general revenues are obligations of a <br />governmental unit as a whole and not its individual constituent funds. The amount of <br />unmatured long-term indebtedness which is backed by the full faith and credit of the <br />government (excluding enterprise fund debt) is recorded and accounted for in the <br />"General Long -Term Debt Account Group". Also, this debt group includes certain <br />liabilities not expected to be liquidated with expendable available financial resources. <br />
