Zerwas, Chief of Police <br /> <br />December 9, 1996 <br /> <br />PARKING PROBLEMS ON IRVING AVENUE <br /> <br />This is to inform the City Council that the high school students <br />who were parking in the Schoolview Addition have moved to a new <br />locations. As a result of three (3) hour signs being placed in <br />Schoolview, they have moved to Irving Avenue south of School <br />Street. <br /> <br />I am, therefore, requesting authorization to have three (3) hour <br />parking restrictions on the below mentioned streets during school <br />hours: <br /> <br />Irving Avenue south of School Street to 6th Street <br />8th Street from Irving to Jackson Avenue <br />7th Street from Irving to Jackson Avenue <br />6th Street from Irving to Jackson Avenue <br />Jackson Avenue from 6th Street to School Street <br /> <br />If approved, Phil Hals will be placing signs on Irving Avenue from <br />7th Street to School Street, and on 7th Street and 8th Street <br />initially.
