The previous approval (CU 07-10) allows 6 animals. <br />The 16-acre property is an irregularly-shaped parcel with approximately 10 - 11 acres being wetland <br />with a drainage ditch bisecting a portion of the east end. The nearest residence to the proposed <br />kennel area is approximately 200 - 250 feet to the west.
