25. Amendments or waivers in w~'itln~, The action or inaction of the City <br />shall not constitute a waiver or amendment to the provisio~as of this <br />License, To be bi~ading, amendments ar waivers shall be in writing, signed <br />by tlae Licensee, and approved by wz'itten resolution of the City Council. <br />The City's failure to promptly take legal action to enforce this License <br />shall not be a waiver or release. <br />26, Notices. This License will take effect when all of the conditions precedent to the issuance <br />of the License have been met and Licensee, or its duly authorized representative, <br />has executed this License indicating Licensee's consent to ail of the terms and <br />conditions of this License, the conditional use permit for tl~e Facility, and Chapter <br />5 8, Article X11 of the City Code, <br />V.
