Resolution of Rece tivi to a De t of Em to ment & Economic Develo ment Small Cries <br />Develo meat Pro ram Award <br />Ms. Mehelich presented the staff report. <br />Councilmember Motin asked if the purpose of the grant is for economic development, <br />affordable housing, ar both. <br />Ms. Mehelich stated that MHFA works closely with DEED on housing projects that meet <br />their goals, <br />Councilmember Matin asked if it is required that tlae project provides affordable housing, <br />He stated he is not ~n support of this concept, <br />Nfi•.
