Property shall be subject to a napets policy, <br />~0, No dirt or sand shall be stored on the premises or adjacent premises during <br />construction, <br />11. Build a drive connecting 172nd with 171st to a basic drive standard as <br />recommended by the City engineer. <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />C®UNCILMEMBER'LVESTGAARD TO APPROVE THE REQUEST BY DUFFY <br />DEVELOPMENT FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW APPROVAL OF A 53~UNIT <br />APARTMENT AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPROVAL TO AMEND <br />THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ALL IN LOT 1 <br />BLOCK ~. OF ELI RIVER STATION 3~ ADDITION AS OUTLINED IIV THE <br />STAFF REPORT WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br />1. ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER'S MEM®S DATED <br />SEPTEMBER 10, 2009 ANI] MARCH 10, 2005 SHALL BE <br />ADDRESSED. <br />2. NO BUILDING PERMIT MAY BE ISSUED UNTIL THE PLAT IS <br />RECORDED, <br />7, LANDSCAPING PLAN BE AMENDED T®INCORPORATE <br />NATIVE PLANTINGS ALONG THE WETLAND A.ND A RAIN <br />GARDEN TO MANAGE STORM WATER RUN OFF PRIOR T® <br />ENTERING THE WETLAND. <br />S.
