This is a vne <br />year agreement until August 20, 2010, with hope that RRT and GRE ramp up to additional tans <br />with the intent to enter into a longerterm agreement, <br />Let me know if you have any questions, or need the agreement itself. <br />ecti®n 5.03. Licensed Hauler ebate. The County will implement, and will <br />continue to offer throughout the Term of this Agreement, a rebate the "Licensed <br />Hauler ease"} that pays Licensed Haulers a processing rebate of ~~2.00 for <br />each Ton of County Waste accepted at the Facility up to but not exceeding <br />25,000 Tons. <br />For County Waste delivered between August 20, 2009 and September 30, 2009, <br />the County will pay the Licensed Hauler Rebate directly to RRT. For County <br />Waste delivered on or after October ~, 2009, the County will pay quarterly the <br />Licensed Hauler Rebate directly to the Licensed Haulers. In no event shall the <br />County pay a Licensed Hauler Rebate for any waste delivered in excess of <br />25,000 Tons. <br />Thanks, <br />lave <br />
