DECISION ~N REZONING The City Council of the City of Ells River further tnal~es the following Decision with respect to the Application of ERL fox rezoning of the 1 o9~acre Sautllern Development Area from .~-1 MME}, agricultural conservation ~mitaexal excavation}, to A~i SwF}, agricultural conservation solid waste facility}: A.
