HI~Gi's xepo~t, the No~tl1 Highway 1 G9 Land Use <br />Study, dated No~rembet• 10, 2008, identified a number of potential impacts related to an expansion <br />of the Landfill and suggested land use, t~~anspo~tation and aesthetic strategies fo.~ addressing these <br />impacts. <br />Z1. Following receipt of the application to expand the Landfill, the City retained HI~Gi <br />to tale a closer loop at the immediate area which would be potentially impacted by a Landf~l <br />expansion and to anal~Tze the potential financial and fiscal impacts on the City of an expansion of the <br />Landfill., HKGi's ~epoft on these issues is dated June 2, 2009, was subsequently updated on June 15, <br />2009, and was updated again on September 8, 2009, followi~.~g submission by ERL of its revised plan <br />foi expansion of the Landfill.
