An amendment to tl~.e City's 2004 Comprehensive Plan to amend the Land Use Map Element of the Comprehensive Plan to change the land use designation o£ the 109 acre SDA from "Mining" to "Landfill"; and Z, An amendment to the City of Ells Rivet Zaning Map to rezone the 109~ac~e SDA from A-1 MME}, Ag~icultu~al Conse~~cration ~Minefal Excavation}, to AW l ~S~F}, Ag~icultufal Conservation Solid ~Iaste facility}; and WHEREAS, pursuant to the ~equi~•ements of Minnesota Statutes and the Ells River City Code, t11e Application was refe~~ed to the City o£ Elie Rivet Planning Commission fog the purpose of la.olding a public hewing and mal~in.g a recommendation to tl~e Ells Ri~ref Cit~r Council on the Application; and ~IHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hea~•ing on the Application on June 9, ZOOS, at which tune ERL, ~IMI, Tilley and tl~ei~ consultants were pxovided as much trine as they 5;~Resolutioi~s~Resolut~an_Den~zin~A~plication~f~r~Comp_Plan_Ame~~d_aild_Rezotun~ 2.DQC
