Ms. Deb Walters <br />Waste Management <br />August 28, 2008 <br />Page 3 <br />The additional GHG emissions resulting from the operational changes at Elk River <br />Landfill are based solely on logistical alterations. These emissions do not account for <br />additional sources associated with other facility changes such as construction, electricity <br />consumption, methane generation.
