Memorandum of Understanding <br />Between <br />Debra Mortenson <br />17149 Olson Ct <br />Elk River MN 55330 <br />And <br />City of Elk River <br />Environmental Department <br />13065 Orono Parkway <br />Elk River, MN 55330 <br />Purpose: Reimburse City with funds received from sale of Elk River History Book <br />Ms. Debra Mortenson agrees to: <br />1. Reimburse the City of Elk River any of the proceeds earned from the sale of the Elk <br />River History Book <br />The City of Elk River agrees to: <br />1. Reimburse Ms. Mortenson for all expenses incurred in the publishing of the Elk River <br />History Book <br />It is mutually agreed: <br />1. The memorandum of understanding may be modified at any time by mutual <br />agreement. <br />2.
