b <br />[UTILITIES C~MMISSI(]N ~ESI'~NSIBILIT~ES <br />The ~Uommissian shall in accardance with its statutory responsibility to manage <br />the Utility, be responsible far the maintenance and periodic revision of personnel <br />p+~ey old and the Utilitys's personnel program. <br />wHISTLEBIJU~VERS <br />Pursuant to 1V~inn. Stat. ~ l S 1.93 ~, Elk River 1Vlunicipal Utilities will not discharge, <br />discipline, threaten, or otherwise discriminate against, or penalize an employee regarding <br />the employees compensation, terms, conditions, location, ar privileges off' employment <br />because: <br />cr. ~ .The e~7~r~lovee, or a person acting on behalf of any employee, in <br />good f azth, ~- reports a viol anon or suspected ~rolc~tion ©f any ~`ederal or state <br />la~~ or rule adopted pursuant to law to the Utility or to any governmental <br />body -or law enforcement o fjicial; <br />b. The employee is rer~uested by a public body or office to participate in <br />an investigation, hearing, ingtciry,~ or <br />c~.
