The Grading <br />Plan does not indicate where the drive isle is intended to be located. It .just shows <br />an edge of bituminous and then two lines coming from the proposed building, <br />which I assume are new edges of bituminous surfacing. <br /> <br />In conclusion, I feel that the Grading and Drainage Plan is somewhat incomplete. <br />Additional information should be shown on the plan and drainage calculations to indicate <br />how the pond was sized provided with the plan.
