The rezoning is approved based on the following: The rezoning is approved based upon the development plans submitted for a 60 unit senior townhouse project and conditionally approved by the City Council. ge A Planned Unit Development Agreement be prepared outlining the terms and conditions for approval of the senior housing project. o Any variation to the approved plans will be subject to review and approval by the City Council. B) Preliminary Plat approval to subdivide 17 acres into 6 family lots and 15 townhouse lots with the following conditions: A developer's agreement be prepared and executed prior to releasing the final plat for recording.
